About the Product:

Fiore is a rustic-chic dinner set that expresses the values and the flavours of the land from which it was produced.

Fiore is handmade by the masterful Martina brothers in their workshop in Salento, a marvellous area of Southern Italy which faces the Mediterranean Sea.

The little blue flower (fiore) is a typical decoration in Salento; each of them is hand-painted and therefore completely unique.

Fiore has a timeless style that is ideal for a cheerful dinner with friends and family.

The Fiore hand-painted dinner set includes a soup & pasta bowl, a dinner plate and a side plate decorated using the same floral motif.

About the Collection:

Antonio and Salvatore Martina handcraft ceramics with a passion inherited from their master craftsman father. Their workshop, located in a small village in Puglia, is a place of immense pride where Old World processes are still used to produce stunningly on-trend ceramics.

Each dish is molded using an antique treadle lathe, a foot-operated potter's wheel, which nowadays is almost completely extinct. Scattered around on time-worn wooden tables, one can find a variety of color tubes, which confirm that each object is rigorously crafted and decorated by hand. Around the large oven you can find resting dishes, bowls, and vases, just baked and waiting for decoration.

In their village, everyone knows the Martina brothers, and their most noteworthy feature: their hands always spotted with dry clay.
